A booking is confirmed when we agree a date and a price in writing. The price quoted is the price for the work described. Extra mould, a blocked drain or a commercial machine can change the quote before we start, not after.
Please empty the dishwasher and leave the front of the machine clear. A standard visit takes about 60 to 90 minutes.
If an odour, visible mould or a performance issue we treated is still there within 30 days, we return at no extra cost.
Cancellation is free up to 48 hours before the visit. Later cancellations may carry a small fee, which we state when we confirm the date.
