The person who comes is insured. If the pump is dead or the element will not heat, that is said on the day. A clean is not sold for a broken part.
What we will not do
We clean dishwashers and nothing else. We do not repair pumps, heating elements, door seals or circuit boards, and we do not clean ovens, hobs or washing machines. If the machine will not drain because the pump is dead, we say so rather than selling a clean that cannot fix it.
