A maintenance plan is for a dishwasher used every day, a hard-water home, or a machine that has already had one bad smell. Visits are monthly, quarterly or twice a year, and each one is a real clean. Send the form or WhatsApp and we confirm the interval and the rate.

The first clean is usually £79 to £129. Later visits on a plan are cheaper than booking the same work one at a time. The interval and the rate are in the quote. Hard-water and commercial machines are priced higher because each visit takes longer.

- The same deep clean as a one-off visit, on a set interval
- Priority when you need the slot moved
- A lower rate than booking single visits
- Filter looked at between full cleans on the tighter plans
- One machine per plan unless we have quoted more
What this visit does not include
- A plan is cleaning. It is not a repair contract, a parts warranty or an insurance policy.
- Missed access still counts as the visit if we attend and cannot get to the machine.
- We do not add ovens, washing machines or hobs onto a dishwasher plan.
How the visit runs
First visit
A full deep clean so the plan starts from a clean machine.
Interval
Monthly, quarterly or twice a year, agreed in writing.
Each visit
Filter, arms, seal, interior and drain, plus descale if the supply needs it.
Change
Interval reviewed if the kitchen gets busier or the water is harder than expected.
Before we arrive
Tell us how often the machine runs and whether you are on hard water. That picks the interval.
After the visit
Keep rinsing the filter monthly between visits. The plan does not replace that.
DIY or a visit
A monthly shop tablet is maintenance of a sort, and it is not the same job. It never removes the filter, the seal or the scale on the element.
How long it lasts
Quarterly suits most homes. Monthly suits a cafe or a hard-water kitchen that runs every day. Twice a year is enough only for light use on a soft supply.
